This Privacy Policy explains how Timetravel Labs Private Limited ("Gyftman", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use gyftman.com. It is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made thereunder and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

Account details: name, email address, phone number (optional) and password (stored only as a secure hash).
Order details: products purchased, recipient names, recipient emails and gift messages.
Payment details: UPI transaction reference (UTR). We do not store card or bank credentials.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies required to keep you signed in.

How we use it

To create and secure your account and process your orders.
To deliver gift cards to you or your recipients by email.
To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
To send offers, only if you subscribe (you can unsubscribe anytime).

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run Gyftman (such as email delivery, hosting and payment partners) and with authorities where required by law. We never sell your personal data.

Security

Passwords are hashed and gift card codes are encrypted at rest. Access to data is restricted to authorised personnel.

Your rights

You can access, correct or request deletion of your data by writing to support@gyftman.com. Some order records must be retained for tax and legal purposes.
