Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations
You can cancel an order before making the payment from your order page. Once payment is verified and the gift card is delivered, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- Delivered gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- If you paid but the order could not be fulfilled (for example, the card is out of stock), the full amount is refunded to the original UPI account within 5–7 working days.
- If you paid an incorrect amount, contact us with your UTR and we will refund or adjust it.
Invalid or used codes
If a code shows as invalid or already used, report it within 7 days of delivery to support@gyftman.com. After verification with the brand, we will replace the card or refund the amount.
