These Terms govern your use of gyftman.com, operated by Timetravel Labs Private Limited. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 years or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Gift cards
- Gift cards are issued by the respective brands and are subject to the brand's own terms of use.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, or resold.
- Codes delivered to the email address you provide are deemed delivered. Please double-check recipient emails.
Pricing & payments
Prices and discounts are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Orders are processed only after the payment is verified. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent and refund any amount paid.
Purchase limits
To prevent misuse, purchases are limited to ₹50,000 of gift card value per account per calendar month. We may change this limit or ask for additional verification.
Liability
Gyftman is a reseller and is not responsible for the goods or services provided by brands. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant gift card.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
